Oh My...It's Monday Again....

Yep...one of those days that you don't want too see...even if you are retired...(and a Harness Handicapper)...we have wet weather to contend with and a slew of invading horses from Pocono and Chester into Yonkers, Meadows and elsewhere...what a  mix!..But I do have some selections for today...we'll call it a twi-light doubleheader with Meadows first and Yonkers last..click it on Monday's Clocker Selections  as we hope to hit a long one or two....have a decent day Handicapping Harness....Good Luck!

Clocker's Corner Saturday 11-28-09

Good day all...today over at Northfield they are holding the 130k Cleveland Classic...Some of the big guns are there..Palone, Dave Miller and Tim Tetrick...Tetrick is on 6 or 7 other drives also...Miller a couple..so things should be pretty interesting for the Northfield crowd...I have a few picks at Yonkers..click it on Clocker's Corner Saturday 11-28-09 for them...and have a great Saturday Handicapping Harness....Good Luck!

The tracks are all back to business and so am I...for those who ventured out early and spent a good chunk of your race-track money on the sales...well you have a chance to regrow that bankroll tonight...for a try at that..click er on The Clocker's Black Friday Selections  ...and with a little racing luck a double digit winner may pop for us....I think I am going to skip lunch...still digesting the pumpkin pie....Have a few Turkey leftovers while Handicapping Harness...Good Luck!

Happy Thanksgiving from Handicapping Harness...

From our Family to Yours..we wish you a very happy Thanksgiving Day....The Estimator is cooking his bird via the 2 hour 475 degree method...a 16 pounder done in 2 hours...he claims it works like a charm...Me..I am going out this year with $2Dad$2..and Where's my cut Mom...and youngest sister Julie and her Clan to an Italian Eatery featuring a full Thanksgiving meal for 8 cost is $110...no mess or clean up..perfect!...For the die-hard Handicappers there are 3 or 4 Canadian Tracks going..Woodbine and Rideau Carleton to mention a few...we eat at 4 pm...by post time I think I will be needing a nap..maybe sneak in some late night Poker...we will be back to normal tomorrow..until then..Have a Great Thanksgiving while Handicapping Harness...Good Luck!

Thanksgiving Eve from The Corner...

No Yonkers tonight...to change things around I have selections for Balmoral, Northfield and Pompano..hope it's dry ....I was thinking about Pompano and young Matt Kakaley...It seems that the programs are all about 10 races 4 times a week...and he is not getting the number of drives he is used to back North at Northfield...I think it is a waste of talent (he has 466 wins which is #8 rank in North America and $2.2 Million in purse money won) and he should be going where the money is now..unless it is for personal reasons such as helping his Mother out or he hates the cold weather..they do make thin super insulated garments for that...so Matt..if you see this maybe you can comment on your Winter strategy....for today's selections click on Thanksgiving Eve Selections from The Corner ..I have to add about Matt...over a year ago maybe 2 I said he was going to be one of the upcoming stars in the game...he has not disappointed me as he seems to be a cool cookie whose head has not swelled...I think he is more than ready for a promotion...Yonkers is the place...Jason Bartlett is dominating there just 2 years after he left Maine for the big time...Matt..You should be next....Hey..everybody have a great Thanksgiving Eve...and think of Turkey while Handicapping Harness...Good Luck!
