Issue 47 is fixed. I have no idea why that happens. I check before posting them now and all pages were right side up. Hmmm, have to do some research. I'm putting issue 42 together right now (Thanks DD) and will post it this weekend. I missed last weekend due to spending New Years in Las Vegas.

Well, thats not entirely true. I do have the issue, but haven't scanned it yet. I do apologize , but I just wasn't able to get to it over the weekend. I have a 4 day weekend coming up , and will be able to get it done then.

Hi Rick...as of last year...when I spoke with Al on the phone...he was alive and kicking...he said he was 70!...so I imagine he is living the good lifestyle for those who had heart damage...He did mention he no longer clocks but is more interested in the looks of a horse in the post parade and score-down...His telephone # is on the back page of issue 47...give him a call sometime...he prefers the calls be between the hours of 10AM and Noon....and yes...thanks to Daily Double we now have the missing issue and it will be published shortly...there are a lot more issues to be posted under Al Stanley Sunday...thanks for the question and I hope a photo goes your way.....have a great day Handicapping Harness...Good Luck!

hi i have all of al stanleys books i was woundering what ever happend to al stanley after news letter #47 as he had told of his heart attack in 1995 ? for i have not bean following for maney years i was and still am a true belever in his hard work of handicapping can you please post on your website what happend to him ? thank you mrs harrison ps and did you ever fined #42 news letter
